Customer Possibly Scammed Out Of Money From E-Thug?

I noticed that there was a comment, listed in this link here http://amyuntoldfinally.blogspot.com/2011/01/i-returned.html?showComment=1295631623407#c1575120286319863156

He mistaken me to be the man who creates and sells the comics and supposedly he didn't receive a copy of the comic.

I did some research into Ebay to see if E-Thug listed anything for sell. There wasn't a single thing being sold. So I began thinking that he's using that PayPal thing on his site for users to pay into these comics with having less of a reporting issue in regarding the comic and art, including a no returning policy being taken place.
